TBS wanted to create buzz for the launch of their newest season of the show Miracle Workers by immersing media guests and influencers into a Dark Ages inspired setting. In collaboration with Production Glue and Civic Entertainment Group, we developed a delightfully absurd medieval celebration referencing the quirkiness of the show, complete with roaming characters and decadently dressed musicians playing modern music on period instruments.
OUR MAGIC
Contributed to creative performance and activations concepts including hair braiding station and live sketch artist activations.
Directed the musical programming of the evening, including a unique 9-piece band composed of musicians playing authentic medieval instruments, with vocalists performing pop-hits from the present day.
Cast and directed the Master of Ceremonies of the evening to introduce key moments.
Styled and costumed cast of 25 performers in bespoke period pieces to match the aesthetic direction of the series and the night.
Cast and directed actors and roaming characters including The Oracle, The Executioner, The Jester, The Naughty and the Village Babes.
