The New York Restoration Project (founded by Bette Midler) throws their annual benefit Halloween Party known as Hulaween. This fundraiser has become a nightlife staple where every year they have a headlining performance, honor local celebs / donors and host a costume contest judged by Michael Kors. 2025’s theme was Hulaween: New York, New York, a Helluva Town! honoring Bette herself and with Jake Dupree, hosted by Cat Cohen and with red carpet coverage by Thorgy Thor. This was our fourth year in a row working on this one and we are stepping in to provide some stilt walking magic as well as roaming ground performers.

This fundraiser has become a nightlife staple where every year they have a headlining performance, honor local celebs / donors and host a costume contest judged by Michael Kors. 2024’s theme was THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIL with headliners En Vogue, Jake Dupree, hosted by Cat Cohen and with red carpet coverage by Thorgy Thor. This was YES ETC’s third year in a row working on this one and we provided the stilt walking magic with a black and white, good and evil themed costumes.

SCARY TALES AND DEADTIME STORIES

In 2023, NYRP took inspiration from the fantasy and fairy tales of the past with this year’s theme, SCARY TALES AND DEADTIME STORIES. Thorgy Thor continued their tradition of exlcusive Red Carpet Coverage with featured performances by Chloe and Dionne Warwick. For the second year of the partnership, YES ETC was able to commission four custom looks with our own take on classic princess and how they would have met their demise.

SEVEN DEADLY SINS

SEVEN SINS broadening costuming rules for guests as they were all instructed to be inspired by one of the seven deadly sins. Jane Krakowski and Michael Kors were honored for their contributions as Ava Max closed out the evening with a headline performance. NYRP approached YES ETC to elevate the party as the only hired costumed performers as the evening, so we created our own mascots of each of the sins that roamed throughout the evening.
